Shipping costs
On the occasion of the first order, shipping is always free (minimum order 150 euros) for destinations within the Italian border and the return of the goods is guaranteed free within 8 working days.
After the first order for amounts exceeding 300 euros of taxable amount, shipping will be free for the entire national territory, while for orders less than 300 euros of taxable amount, shipping will have a flat rate of 15 euros for the entire national territory.< /p>
In all cases, the amount of shipping costs can always be viewed in the order summary, even before payment.
The cost of transport to international destinations (EU/EXTRA EU territories/Transatlantic shipment) varies depending on the chosen destination country and the volume/weight of the products ordered.
Delivery times
Delivery by courier of the products purchased on this site takes place on average in 1-3 working days from the order in Italy, 3-5 working days in the EU.
For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from confirmation of payment.
Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays; carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
